Tech Help

If your child is having technical issues with their Chromebooks, please read the steps below to guide you on how to submit a ticket to HelpDesk.

  1. When you create a ticket with the Help Desk, start by going to the website to submit your ticket (gopusd.com/helpdesk). 
  2. Next, enter your PUSD email address under “Requestor”, then choose Student 
  3. In the “Subject” area, be specific. Are you having trouble with i-Ready, Webex, Canvas? Is your device broken? Do you need a Hotspot? Giving correct information helps get your ticket to the right person quickly.
  4. Fill out information as well as you can - Student name, Student ID, Parent info so we can contact you, Serial # (look on the bottom of your Chromebook for this)
  5. NEED HELP? Submit a ticket

Si su hijo tiene problemas técnicos con sus Chromebooks, lea los pasos a continuación para guiarlo sobre cómo enviar un boleto  a Mesa de ayuda  (HelpDesk)

  • If your student has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning two weeks have transpired since their second vaccine, please send a copy of their vaccine card and notify the following people: / Si su estudiante ha sido completamente vacunado contra COVID-19, lo que significa que han transcurrido dos semanas desde su segunda vacuna, por favor de enviar una copia de su tarjeta de vacuna y notifique a las siguientes personas:

Please keep in mind that if a student is exposed to a positive COVID-19 case but they are fully vaccinated and not showing symptoms associated with COVID-19, they do not need to be placed on quarantine and miss in-person instruction. / Tenga en cuenta que si un estudiante está expuesto a un caso positivo de COVID-19 pero está completamente vacunado y no muestra síntomas asociados con COVID-19, no es necesario que se ponga su estudiante en cuarentena y no pierden instrucción en persona.
